Once a booking is confirmed, consultation would be hosted by the Creative Director in our Atelier in Watford.
We understand how tight schedules can be, hence the introduction of virtual consultations for brides based outside of the UK and can’t attend the consultation in person.
During the consultation, the bride and the head designer, will discuss the brides ideas, this will then be built on by the DIVALUKKY team to create a masterpiece. An illustration of the final piece will be made for better understanding between both parties. In a situation where bride has a mood board already saved, a sketch will be made by the head designer Anita, drawing inspiration from all the ideas presented.
To help bride with fabric selections, we would show bride luxury bridal fabrics in store as well as images of possible fabrics from our suppliers to help her narrow her choices.
A detailed measurement of bride will be taken and fitting dates discussed.
We schedule 4 fittings for our client including mock up fittings. This is to ensure we get the best fit which is always our goal.
International brides will be guided through the measurement process virtually. We will also send a measurement chart, to ensure we get all the specifics. For fittings, we will ship out the toile to bride and we would fit bride virtually.
On completion of toile fittings, our team of experts will move to the most important stage, production.
Your master piece is closer than ever as all hands are literally on deck to ensure your dream dress looks as you’ve envisaged, just a lot better.
At this stage, bride is expected to fit the main dress a final time before all finishing touches are done in preparation for collection/delivery.
Bride can either pick up in person, have someone pick up on her behalf, or request for shipping via any of our trusted courier partners. Which ever the case is, this must be agreed and discussed ahead of time.
