Here at DIVALUKKY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase, so we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn, unaltered, unwashed and still fitted with all security tags and labels, for a full Refund, exchange or store credits. This applies to only items despatched to us within 5 days of receipt by you with original proof of payment. Store credit notes, are valid for 2 weeks from date of issue.
It’s important to note that original shipping charges are non refundable and return shipping costs are not covered by DIVALUKKY. DIVALUKKY takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return, therefore, we suggest you return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by DIVALUKKY. You will receive an email from our team once returned package has been received.
Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 5 days of receipt.

We only process exchange or store credit for returned items and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 business days of processing.

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to the same address as your original order.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by DIVALUKKY when sent back.

You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you and if the price is higher, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference and if lower, a store credit will be offered. Remember, client takes full responsibility for shipping cost. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.

This is another form of cash that is refunded to your customer account with us. They can be automatically applied at the checkout to your next order. To use this, you have to ensure you are logged into your account. You can also check your store credit balance by logging into your customer account.
Items purchased on sales or any other promotional events are only eligible for a store credit or exchange .
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 5 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 5 days may be returned to you.
